Lifeliqe is a leading workforce development tech startup that has been creating first-to-the-world digital learning assets for seven years. As part of Project SANDI, Lifeliqe is creating five simulations in virtual reality (VR) as part of this grant for use by Nevada’s four community colleges in their certification training programs. These simulations in VR include the dialysis technician, the Certified Nursing Assistant, the Manufacturing Technician Level 1, HVAC technician (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning), and Computational Thinking. These STEM-based certifications are nationally recognized and can be obtained by high school graduates in months, not years. Graduates then enter an in-demand career with an on-ramp to a strong middle-wage that allows them to build careers in important industries and increase their financial strength.
XRLibraries integrates XR technology and programs in schools and libraries. We are proud to be part of the Project SANDI Workforce Development project providing the XR equipment and training. We work with industry leaders, libraries, and schools to design the best resources to offer professional development for staff and teachers looking to incorporate XR programming.
